布布優格(澳洲美諾士全脂鮮奶)

這款美諾士鮮奶 搭配布布菌粉 做出來的優格也是💯💯滿分(比紐西蘭恆牧鮮奶清爽些,也是一樣好吃😋)

質地也是好細緻好綿密
乳清喝起來特別滑順
微微乳酸讓人好喜歡

美諾士全脂鮮奶
每100毫升含蛋白質3.4克、脂肪3.5公克

布布姐的配方
1.布布優格菌粉1小條
2.美諾士鮮奶950毫升
3.布布異麥芽寡醣50克

作法
1.容器洗乾淨晾全乾(一定要是全乾的容器),放上磅秤按歸零。
2.擠入異麥芽寡醣50克,倒入約100毫升鮮奶,將寡醣攪拌溶解。
3.加入1小條布布菌粉,將菌粉攪拌溶解。
4.倒入剩餘的850毫升鮮奶,將全部材料攪拌均勻。
5.置入品諾發酵美人機,設定41度8小時,按開始鍵,進入倒數計時,8小時後優格機會自動斷電。
6.取出優格,請直接移入冷藏進行24-36小時低溫熟成。
