這款義美鮮奶做的優格非常好吃,質地綿密細緻,濃郁度剛剛好,乳酸風味很別緻,是那種好吃到讓你欲罷不能的美味!

好市多義美鮮奶

超高溫瞬間殺菌(125-135度2-3秒),每100毫升含蛋白質3.1克、脂肪3.7公克

布布姐的配方

1.布布優格菌粉1小條
2.義美鮮奶950毫升
3.布布異麥芽寡醣50克

作法
1.容器洗乾淨晾全乾(一定要是全乾的容器),放上磅秤按歸零。
2.擠入異麥芽寡醣50克,倒入約100毫升鮮奶,將寡醣攪拌溶解。
3.加入1小條布布菌粉,將菌粉攪拌溶解。
4.倒入剩餘的850毫升鮮奶,將全部材料攪拌均勻。
5.置入品諾發酵美人機,設定41度8小時,按開始鍵,進入倒數計時,8小時後優格機會自動斷電。
6.取出優格,請直接移入冷藏進行24-36小時低溫熟成。
