蘋果醋飲(品諾發酵美人機)

有了這台發酵美人機,在家也可以做水果醋來享用。布布姐覺得,自製濃縮果醋原液無法ㄧ次就全部喝完,為了避免廚房裡太多瓶瓶罐罐,建議每次用果醬瓶少量製作就好,每次輪換不同季節水果,享用不同水果醋。

第一次用優格機發酵蘋果醋,很好奇的喝一杯,比市售的蘋果醋好喝,連布布姐的ㄤ也都說讚👍

布布姐的水果醋做法
1.蘋果80克
2.糯米醋80克
3.糖80克

發酵美人機設定35度,發酵24-48小時。發酵中途如果需要發酵優格,可以中途停止,等有空再以35度繼續發酵,發酵時間沒有一定的標準,原則上是以個人對風味的喜好來決定。

布布姐在發酵蘋果醋的時候,都是利用優格機閒置空檔來完成,中間為了發酵優格暫停過3次,時間加總起來大約有48小時。當然如果想喝更熟成的果醋,也可以自行斟酌增加時間。
