薄餅披薩 (泡菜豬肉起司口味)

週末是家庭的廚房休息日,但只要冰箱裡有麵糰,臨時想吃披薩的時候,就可以簡單弄個薄餅披薩來吃!

取出前幾天做吐司剩下的「火龍果優格」冷凍麵糰約150克,解凍時把握時間去公園競走,半小時回來,立刻開烤箱230/230度 預熱15分,接著分割麵糰每個75克,共2個,滾圓,鬆弛10分,擀開成15公分圓片狀,塗上橄欖油、蕃茄醬,鋪上五花肉片、泡菜,撒上起司,接著直接送入烤箱220/230度 烤15分。

作法簡單,才30分鐘就可以出爐2個6吋薄餅pizza,很值得試試!

如果是現打麵糰

基本發酵完成,分割滾圓鬆弛,直接整形,不用最好發酵,直接進爐烤。

如果是冷凍麵糰

基本發酵完成,分割後冷凍,取出解凍到16-18度,分割滾圓鬆弛,直接整形,直接進烤箱。

披薩尺寸

5吋:麵糰50克
6吋:麵糰75克
8吋:麵糰100克

因為是薄餅pizza,舖料薄薄的就好,220/230度烤約15分,確定料有熟才能出爐!或是用半熟料也可以!
