冬天如何吃優格

「當優格是甜點的時候,似乎只有夏季專屬;但當優格是飲食生活的時候,就全年無休」。這是我推廣優格生活幾年下來的心得。

腸胃道保健、過敏體質調理、優質蛋白營養攝取⋯對現代人的飲食生活的人來說,應該是全年無休的。很鼓勵大家把優格當成飲食生活來思考,很自然的融入生活中,不分節慶、季節,就像廚房裡的五穀雜糧、根莖蔬果一樣的存在著。

關於冬天如何吃優格,提供幾個食用方式 讓大家參考:

1.調成好喝的「溫優格飲」:

(2)溫優格飲喝起來像 奶昔
(3)可以調成巧克力、抹茶、鮮奶、豆漿、紅豆⋯等各式各樣口味。

2.退冰後慢慢吃:
以點心碗盛裝適量優格,放置常溫約30分鐘,等稍退冰後搭配水果、穀粒 再慢慢吃,透過咀嚼過程,優格會在口裡慢慢回溫,進入胃的時候已經接近體溫。
