酸奶油皇冠戚風蛋糕

#酸奶油皇冠戚風蛋糕(三能7吋蛋糕模2個/SN5036)

蛋白霜:
  1. 蛋白360克(冰涼狀態)
  2. 三溫糖70克
  3. 檸檬汁5克
蛋黃糊:
  1. 蛋黃170克
  2. 植物油50克
  3. 酸奶油75克
  4. 優格90克
  5. 紫羅蘭低筋麵粉150克

有社員朋友詢問,蛋糕上的裝飾插牌,那不是餅乾,是文具店美工區的美工材料包。

蛋糕上面撒上的是純糖粉,秋冬季節,大約可以維持3-4小時視覺效果,如果需要長時間的視覺效果,建議使用防潮專用糖粉。
