這款鮮奶的蛋白質3.1,脂肪3.6,優格質地屬於「清爽綿細」型口感。

這款小農晶品 做出來的優格,經過24小時低溫熟成,第2-3天 吃起來「微微奶香+口感清爽綿細」,但在第5-6天吃的時候卻出現「很美的乳酸尾韻+口感轉綿密」,⋯那個乳酸尾韻和別海的很像。

優格的風味 會隨著低溫熟成天數 而有不同變化,個人覺得 布布菌的乳酸是屬於「低酸&漂亮的乳酸」。

有加異麥芽寡糖一起發酵
