香烤棒棒腿特餐(乳清醃肉)

日清有出一系列炸雞香料粉,我上次使用橘色包裝款 按照背面說明書做過一次,但我其實不太會料理油炸食物,每次都弄得自己很緊張⋯⋯囧😫

我今天使用黑色包裝這款,用自己的想法再試一次,覺得還不錯,如果您手邊也有日清炸雞粉也可以試試:
  1. 全聯 棒棒腿一盒
  2. 日清炸雞粉25克
  3. 優格或乳清15克
全部材料一起混合均勻,冷藏2小時後以氣炸鍋烤熟,先180度烤20分,過程中可以翻面1-2次,刷上日式甘甜醬油,再繼續烤5分鐘,過程中翻面1次。
這樣料理也很好吃😋、低油、簡易、不會浪費一堆油。暑假期間 每天中午都要煮飯餵小孩,今天的烤棒棒腿特餐 小孩說好吃👍
