參考一份牛排香料奶油的食譜
用水切優格代替牛油

[辣味蜂蜜抹醬]
水切優格。 。。50-70g
大蒜粉。。。。2茶匙
新鮮切碎辣椒。2茶匙
(綜合辣椒粉代替)
蜂蜜。。。。。1茶匙
削檸檬皮。。。酌量

[翠綠芥末抹醬]
水切優格。 。。50-70g
第戎芥末。。。1茶匙
(ikea鮭魚芥末醬更搭)
巴西利。。。。2茶匙
(香料可自行調整,
我還加了一點迷迭香)
削檸檬皮。。。酌量

配料混合後用保鮮膜捲起
冰箱放置一天以上,優格會與香料們融為一體~三天香料味道更濃郁
可保存一週以上

小提醒☝️
✨使用水切超過八小時的優格,抹醬較濃郁;喜歡清爽抹醬的話,可以斟酌縮短水切時間
✨放置冰箱後仍會釋出乳清,我會把他從保鮮膜瀝出來,做出的抹醬會更紮實喔!
配上生菜三明治,不用肉就很美味
