優格軟化肉質,漢堡排吃起來更加Juice、Juice、Juice
孩子的早餐,吃不膩💪🏼

食譜如下:

材料:
  1. 培根4片(切小丁,可省略)
  2. 洋蔥(切小丁)
  3. 紅蘿蔔 半條 (切末)
  4. 豬絞肉1000g
  5. 優格150g
  6. 鹽 適量
  7. 胡椒 適量
 作法:
  1. 將培根,洋蔥炒香,再加入紅蘿蔔炒至洋蔥焦黃色 , 放涼備用
  2. 豬絞肉&優格拌均 , 加入做法1 ,攪打至有黏性
  3. 鹽&胡椒調味拌勻,
  4. 放進冰箱冷藏約20分鐘,(較容易塑形,肉餡緊實&入味)
  5. 準備一個大烤盤,鋪上烘培紙
  6. 將8CM圓形模放在烘培紙上面,絞肉秤重90g/個,放入圓形模壓平,約1.5cm厚度
  7. 塑形後 ,冷凍, 形狀固定後 ,即可包裝
 附註:
  1. 烤盤鋪烘培紙是讓冷凍後的肉排容易取下,以利包裝
  2. 漢堡排的大小與厚度,可依個人喜好做變化
  3. 建議不要太厚,否則不易熟透
  4. 豬絞肉可換牛肉
  5. 此使用8CM圓形模,約可做12個漢堡排
  6. 煎肉排時,不要再去壓它,否則肉汁會流出來
