希臘優格擠花與優格偽塔塔醬

今天優格又幫了小資(明明是小氣)媽媽兩個大忙

檸檬塔上小擠花裝飾,再也不需要為了一咪咪用量,天人交戰是否該輕易的打開一整盒鮮奶油(之前浪費太多罐沒用完),只需要優雅的從冰箱取出希臘優格輕輕的用擠花器按個幾下,擠到我欲罷不能拼命找縫隙擠,實在因為太好玩了。

晚餐時刻忙著接送小孩前完成最後的酥炸魚片佐塔塔醬,小氣媽媽拿出失敗的麵包做成的麵包粉裹上,在倒數計時中邊油炸+氣炸,一邊從冰箱挖出剩最後幾坨優格,快速拌入黃芥末,胡亂的做成了偽塔塔醬。
最後,先生回來吃晚飯有滿意這道清爽不油膩的炸物,加碼再快速的喇第二份醬補上一下被清空的小碟,小氣主婦忍不住沾沾自喜的說:這道菜在美式餐廳可是要價不斐呢~
