葡萄優格貝果

飲食深深的拉近人與人之間的距離。一位朋友和我見面的時候拿了一些葡萄乾給我,說這是西藏的葡萄樹上天然乾燥後摘取下來的珍貴果實。希望我能幫忙做一些優格貝果,送給她一位最近辛苦照顧家人的朋友,想幫朋友加油打氣!

關於貝果的水份建議,食譜提供的水份約56%,是比較低濕度的水份建議,如果您使用的麵粉吸水力較高,或是您在貝果整形上已經很熟練,可以適時將水份增加60%,做出來的貝果會有不一樣的口感效果。
