藍莓優格餅乾

簡單又好吃的餅乾,寶貝下午的點心

食譜~
低筋麵粉:200克(需要過篩)
布蕾絲優格:50克
藍莓果醬:35克(沒辦法自己做果醬所以買現成的)
糖粉:20克(因為果醬有甜度,所以我有減糖了)
葡萄籽油:35克(無鹽奶油也可以)

作法~
  1. 葡萄籽油(或無鹽奶油)跟糖粉先打發。
  2. 將優格跟果醬攪拌均勻後倒入打發的油和糖粉裡攪拌均勻。
  3. 將低筋麵粉過篩一起混合,揉成麵團就完成了。
  4. 用桿麵棍將麵團桿勻,用餅乾模壓模後,可先蓋上保鮮膜冷凍30分鐘再烤。
  5. 烤箱溫度180度15分鐘,建議7分鐘左右烤盤可互換位置。
  6. 烤好後放涼就可以吃囉
果醬可改葡萄乾或蔓越莓乾也可以,建議要泡一下開水。喜歡吃甜的可以增加糖量或果醬量。
