豆漿優格麵包…………電子鍋版

使用低溫發酵法,略作修正為自己適用的懶人麵包

配方:
高筋270g,低筋30g
優格150g,全蛋1顆,速發酵母1/2t,糖2T
鹽1/4t,冷壓椰子油2T

作法:
  1. 將優格,蛋,酵母,糖置於鋼盆內,均勻混合
  2. 麵粉過篩,加鹽,與鋼盆內液體攪拌搓揉成麵糰
  3. 加入椰子油,均勻搓揉麵糰至三光
  4. 揉好的麵糰放入盆內,蓋上保鮮膜,放冰箱冷藏發酵12小時以上(我放了兩天)
  5. 將麵糰從冰箱取出,置於室溫1-2小時褪冰
  6. 此時麵糰較濕潤,適量撒些手粉稍微搓揉整形
  7. 將整形好的麵糰放入電子鍋內,蓋上鍋蓋進行第二次發酵,約40-60分鐘
  8. 確認二次發酵完成,按下煮飯鍵即可
