葡萄柚蘋果醬(優格和麵包的好朋友)

葡萄柚果肉600g
迷你蘋果細丁300g
葡萄柚皮80g
麥芽糖200g
蔗糖600g
檸檬汁50ml

材料全部混合糖浴2小時,中火熬到果肉裡的水份釋出,轉中小火繼續熬煮到果膠釋出,中途可以先取出一些裝罐搭配優格用。接著繼續熬煮到木杓畫過鍋底的時候能看得見畫痕,盡量把水份收乾,這樣的果醬濕度才適合做麵包喔!

備料和熬煮約4小時的時間完成。
這款果醬吃起來有橘子糖果的滋味,微微柑橘焦糖的味道,吃起來好開心。
