布布豆優(光泉鮮豆漿)

「布布鮮奶優格菌粉」也適用於發酵豆漿,豆漿優格的風味非常好吃,幾乎吃不到明顯酸味、也吃不到發酵後的生豆味,口感很滑順,質地很像豆花,吃完後口裡留著的是舒服的豆香。

布布豆優教學
  1. 每包布布菌粉 可以做1公升豆漿優格
  2. 推薦豆漿品牌:第一次製作,請先用「光泉原味鮮豆漿」正常甜度那款。
  3. 發酵溫度:41-42度。
  4. 發酵時間:5-6小時,凝固就立刻收成,直接移入冷藏。
  5. 冷藏熟成時間:約10-12小時
