~洛神花果醬做法~
1斤的洛神花(含籽時)
1碗水(加水小火煮15分)
350g麥芽糖
250g冰糖或二砂糖
(可依自己的甜度做調整)
加糖拌勻之後開小火
要一直攪拌到小滾開即可
關火倒入玻璃瓶
(小心燙)
