布布菌+光泉成分無調整鮮奶

這款鮮奶的蛋白質3.3,脂肪3.7,優格質地屬於「豐厚綿密」型口感。

  1. 鮮奶中有加入50克異麥芽寡糖
  2. 發酵溫度41-42度
  3. 發酵時間:約7.5小時凝固(我喜歡漂亮的微微乳酸風味,所以在拔插頭後 又繼續在優格機多放30分)
  4. 冷藏低溫熟成了72小時
奶香和乳酸風味都好漂亮

今天拿出來品嚐,打開蓋子的瞬間,哇!透亮的光滑鏡面實在是太美了,湯匙挖開的瞬間,有很滿足的紮實感,吃起來 豐厚、綿密、順口,吃的到濃濃奶香,也吃的到微微乳酸,奶香和乳酸風味都好漂亮,真的超級好吃😋

建議冰箱裡隨時備著2瓶優格
  1. 一瓶是已低溫熟成的優格,隨時可吃。
  2. 一瓶是剛做好的優格,等低溫熟成後再吃。
布布菌粉屬於低酸商品
  1. 隨著低溫熟成天數的增加,乳酸尾韻會微微增加,但那個乳酸是舒服的、溫和的、可接受的、令人期待。
  2. 喜歡低酸風味:凝固後儘快收成。
  3. 喜歡略酸風味:凝固後繼續發酵,依個人喜好延長發酵時間。
