烤堅果酪梨優格冰淇淋

夏天就是要吃冰消暑!
這是參考布姊的優格冰淇淋食譜
現在正是酪梨產季,酪梨口味讓優格變很濃郁喔

謝謝布姊的食譜
還常常鼓勵我嘗試變化

冰淇淋真的很簡單
請大家務必用喜歡的水果發揮唷
這次的作法✨✨

6小時以上的水切優格。200g
異麥芽寡糖。。。。。。75g
打發動物鮮奶油。。。。100g
冷凍熟酪梨。。。。。。100g
烤過的碎綜合堅果。。。適量

稍稍變化的是
最後一次攪拌的冰淇淋,再加入冷凍酪梨攪打均勻(我使用攪拌棒)攪拌完成後大略混入切碎堅果,即可冷凍保存。
