優格燒餅

配方:

A. 酥油
低筋麵粉80克
植物油50克

B. 麵糰
中筋麵粉300克
優格40克,可以自行增減
植物油15克
熱開水150克
鹽巴三克

將A一起放在鍋子裡煮開變成塊狀,備用
將B全部加在一起滾圓放在冰箱半小時

拿出冰箱的麵團,桿平,再把酥油璞在上面,滾條狀後分10小段,每小團桿平,注意酥油包好,摺三摺在桿平*3,表面佔點水加上白芝麻,就可進烤箱,180度烤到金黃色約15-20分鐘,注意烤爐要換方向烤才均勻
