九層塔優格起司鹽可頌

吃了一週的菠蘿麵包,在被先生和小孩抗議之前先來一款鹹味麵包,這款麵包素材組合的很巧妙,非常好吃。

這款風味鹽可頌製作細節:
  1. 取九層塔嫩葉,洗淨、紙巾拍乾水份、切細,備用。
  2. 在麵團下奶油,攪拌至油脂融合,轉中高速攪拌到麵糰柔軟有彈性,這時加入切細備用的九層塔,繼續攪拌到麵糰有筋性,不易拉斷的程度。
  3. 整型時包入 4克鹽奶油、4克Mozzarella起司,如此可創造出 九層塔香+鹹+奶+略酸的風味。
