優格新朋友---格蘭諾拉燕麥片(granola)--補食譜

做法我整理一下

液體油60g
液體糖120g(可以是手邊的異麥芽寡糖)
燕麥片300g
任何堅果80g
紅茶粉3大匙(我自己用手邊茶葉打的,可換抹茶,巧克力,自己愛的口味)
以上混合均勻。平鋪有烤盤紙的烤盤。180度30分鐘。

另外喜愛的果乾切細,待烘烤完成的燕麥涼,混合裝罐。

注意。
果乾類不建議一起烘烤。
不同的油或糖,會讓完成的燕麥片有不同的凝聚效果。左邊的紅茶是用楓糖比較鬆散,右邊抹茶是異麥芽寡糖比較凝聚。
