一口氣用布菌做了2000ml 的優格
凝結面通通都好漂亮
大罐的倒扣也沒問題喔
小瓶裝留著直接吃
大瓶的要拿來做冰棒跟沙拉醬
好期待啊!

 SHARP的AX-X1水波爐製優格法
  1. 先把所有會用到的器具(包含攪拌器跟玻璃杯),放水波爐滅菌。(因為一次做大量,有滅菌可以放比較久。)
  2. 將少量牛奶到入玻璃杯,加入優格菌,用攪拌器攪拌至溶解,再將少量牛奶到回牛奶罐。
  3. 將牛奶分裝至玻璃瓶中。(牛奶不需加熱)
  4. 將玻璃瓶放入水波爐,設定發酵溫度45度,時間8小時。(實際測量的溫度會是43度)
  5. 8小時發酵完後,靜置2小時(不要開門)再收成優格,取出冷藏。 

備註:
  1. 最長只能設定8小時,所以我再靜置2小時(總共10小時)成品很美,從來沒失敗過。水波爐是SHARP的AX-X1,將近10年前的型號(目前已停產)
  2. SONY水波爐的使用者,可能要再研究研究--
