優米機跟發酵箱一起上工
發酵箱內維持在43度左右
9H同時收工,比較一下凝結度
幾乎是相同(澳奶無敵)
我的發酵箱首發成功。

Brod & Taylor Folding Bread Proofer 折疊式發酵箱
澳洲鮮奶一瓶、Avent 220ml 杯 5個

第一次做法分享(不負責任分享)
發酵箱內放水盆,先參考優米機作法,不清楚是否正確
發酵箱開36度,半小時之後測得43.4度(懷疑是水盆的水溫度上升)
先用乾淨容器少量鮮奶加入菌粉充分攪拌之後,倒入杯中加蓋
放入發酵箱內9H隔天取出,做法與優格機一樣,首次成品與優米機相同

08/29更新 發酵箱不放水,開34度,半小時測得43.5度,我的發酵箱四周皆用保鮮膜包覆,散熱速度慢,如果沒有保鮮膜,35度測試應該可行!
