發酵方式:布菌1包,電鍋蒸籠法
  1. 黑糖為3匙的1/2茶匙不用刻意平匙保羅瓶11個,容量會剛剛好! 
  2. 我用12個也是想試2匙,量少一點點不要那麼滿有無差別,結果還是原來3匙甜度比較優,各家黑糖甜度不一,以上供參考 
  3. 我黑糖有先冷凍,因為我一直是常溫保存的是否有壞菌不得而知,安全起見就先低溫殺菌 
  4. 倒時請溫柔的倒,若太粗魯一些些黑糖跑上來也無妨,收成會略為淺淺淡淡咖啡色口感也不錯。 
  5. 若有泡泡可撈起,我猜我有的表面收成不光滑可能攪拌菌粉時太慢力所造成,此也不影響口感!
