燕麥優格寡糖精巧杯

這樣的燕麥優格組合其實已經流行一段時間了,但我確是最近才真正仔細的探究這精巧杯裡食物的風味,說真的,真的非常好吃,一定要好好評價 並 推廣!

因為用蔗糖熬煮的藍莓果醬熱量高,所以我只鋪量少少的一層而已,最上層優格的上方撒上一些綜合堅果,再淋上一大匙的異麥芽寡糖,然後開挖,看到照片了嗎?優格的乳清和燕麥完全浸潤融合了,所以,燕麥吃起來飽濕柔軟,脫去水份的優格則變成了輕乳酪質地(水切優格),咀嚼的時候一整個豐厚的燕麥香氣和輕乳酪的清新風味,上半層是淡雅甘甜寡糖風味,下半層則是濃郁藍莓果香風味。

我真的要給這精巧杯100分,超級無敵完美喔!大家也動手做一杯來品嚐,我相信您一定也會愛上這道輕巧優格點心。製作優格精巧杯有一些細節:
  1. 最底層和最上層 手工優格 
  2. 中間層數可以依自己喜好變化 
  3. 如果怕胖,果醬請適量就好 
  4. 堅果建議置頂,並食用前才撒上,保持酥脆 
  5. 異麥芽寡糖,食用前才淋上
