優格抹茶奶油霜做法分享

上週為了預備野餐點心,特地做了這個當早餐,我每次一端上桌都瞬間被秒殺。這個甜味三明治做法很簡單,重點是只要學會調製這款優格奶油霜。
  • 常溫奶油80克 
  • 常溫異麥芽寡糖40克 
  • 常溫水切優格60克(過濾2小時即可) 
  • 抹茶15克 
常溫奶油+異麥芽寡糖 打發至蓬鬆羽毛狀,常溫水切優格少量分數次加入攪拌,最後將抹茶粉過篩加入。調製這款奶油霜的秘訣重點在於食材的溫度,食材都必須退冰到常溫,不然奶油無法攪拌打發至羽毛狀,加入水切優格的時候也會油水分離。

個人覺得這款抹茶奶油霜很適合搭配酸甜"青梅鳳梨果醬",這樣的組合真的好好吃,將這款簡易的優格小點心推薦給大家,希望大家喜歡。
