優格的料理應用

優格可以使肉質軟化。這是好市多普通價位的沙朗牛排,料理前取適量優格輕輕敷上,靜置20分,直接下鍋煎到7分熟。

鑄鐵烤盤裡的這一盤沙朗牛排,大約200元搞定,兒子聞著香味守在一旁等候,先生已經拿好刀叉坐穩在餐桌上了。

冬天吃優格的生活小提醒:
  1. 請勿將優格微波或加熱 
  2. 食用前室溫退冰20-30分即可,盡可在較溫暖的中午時段食用。 
  3. 優格是飲食,建議每天適量攝取,適量補充腸道乳酸菌,從飲食中做好每日的腸胃保健。
