用燜燒鍋做18個保羅瓶優格方法

  1. 煮沸水殺菌瓶子,涼乾。 
  2. 18個包羅瓶90ml*18=1620ml 
  3. 煮1600ml的牛奶到43度熄火 
  4. 30ml牛奶放入布粉攪拌均勻,直到看不到粉末,再放入煮好的牛奶繼續攪拌均勻。 
  5. 裝入瓶子9個一層放入燜燒鍋,共2層。 
  6. 加入煮到51度的水,不要超過第一層瓶子。 
  7. 全部擺好蓋上蓋子,燜7個小時 
  8. 時間到打開時測水溫39度。 
  9. 沒有乳清,成功。 

 燜燒鍋水的溫度供參考,要跟據放入容器決定。
