Baby Leaf 佐優格柑橘芥末醬

今天在廚房預備中餐的時候,打開冰箱 看到貝比生菜 和 半對半酸奶油 放在一起,靈感一來就 快手做了這道沙拉!被也是優格控的兒子一直稱讚好吃😋

這款有機貝比生菜 是自然農法土耕栽種,通過CAS有機農產品認證,包含京水菜、甜菜、芝麻菜、芥菜、萵苣,因為都是摘取嫩葉,所以才叫貝比生菜,名稱取的有趣可愛,手癢買了一盒來試試。今天品嚐後覺得喜歡,決定在5/2日的優格生活課程和學員分享這款沙拉。

優格柑橘芥末醬材料
  1. 發酵酸奶油100公克
  2. 芥末籽醬1小匙
  3. 金桔鳳梨果醬1大匙
做法和說明:
  1. 上述三種材料混合攪拌均勻即完成。
  2. 如果能將酸奶油水切過更好,能增加沙拉醬稠度。
  3. 如果沒有合適的柑橘類果醬,可以用1小匙檸檬汁代替,這時可以加入一些蜂蜜 或 寡糖 來緩和檸檬的酸味。
  4. 貝比生菜雖然含芝麻葉,但完全無明顯的嗆辣感,只有微微芝麻香氣,整體吃起來風味溫和適口,很適合搭配夏季帶甜味的水果。
  5. 這款沙拉醬 因為是以金桔鳳梨果醬為主題,所以搭配鳳梨,吃起來很融合。
