QQ果凍優格杯

今天的果凍優格杯吃起來非常的飽足,才10點半不到,我就已經把今天的 中午輕食餐給完食了🤣

我很喜歡吃這種QQ蒟蒻甜點,一直試著想把它運用在優格甜點杯裡,但因為介意甜度熱量而一直遲遲沒有行動。最近跑了幾家食品材料行,觀察了架上的果凍材料包,找到了這一款原料單純的果凍商品(好茶莊蒟蒻果凍粉)。

麥芽糊精是以澱粉為原料經酵素轉化而成,主要作為食品填充;鹿角菜膠是海洋藻類中萃取出來的膠體,能溶於熱水形成透明黏稠液體;蒟蒻粉是從魔芋塊莖萃取,含豐富膳食纖維。

低甜度椰糖果凍

材料:
  1. 果凍粉23克
  2. 可以喝的冷開水500-530克(水愈多愈軟)
  3. 椰糖20克(增色提味用)
做法:
  1. 將冷水、果凍粉以打蛋器攪拌混合至完全溶解,接著放入椰糖,以小火加熱到稍微滾沸就立刻熄火。
  2. 避免加熱到滾泡程度,因為會影響果凍質地的細緻度。
  3. 倒入平盤,靜置降溫後移入冷藏,待果凍定型後 可隨意切割成自己喜歡的大小。
優格杯裝飾
  1. 玻璃杯(高度10-11公分/口徑8-9公分)
  2. 填入優格和果凍約9分滿,下層優格;中層果凍;上層優格。
  3. 食用前再灑上能增加口感的穀粒、奶酥粒、碎堅果。
