兒子唸說… 很久沒吃Pizza了 於是買了食材烤了2個偽培根的豬肉片Pizza Y(^_^)Y
本來今天不想加肉的…兒子說:蛤…沒有肉ㄛ
於是出門買了,但在選購時看了成份後…又放回去了!一大堆的添加物…o(>﹏<)o 最後選擇了豬肉片偽裝是培根  😂😂😂😂😂😂
不過…我兒子沒發現 還一直說超好吃的 還有一大鍋的白菜滷

美式鬆厚Pizza 8吋一個
低粉20g 高粉105g 鹽2g 速酵5g 橄欖油1大匙 溫水75g 糖10g

1.先把鹽 糖 放入攪拌盆中加入溫水攪拌勻 接著加入速酵靜置1~2分鐘
2.粉類加入攪拌至成糰 再加入橄欖油 攪拌至麵糰光滑 稍微有薄膜
#配料可以先準備好
3. 滾圓 基發40~50分鐘
4.把麵糰拍氣後 用搟麵棍稍微搟一下後直接放在烘焙紙上 再搟稍微平後再用手掌沿著邊邊壓出一個溝
5.用叉子戳洞後抹蕃茄醬(夏威夷甜口味不用加蕃茄醬)
6.灑上乳酪絲 再放上配料 再灑上一點乳酪絲 再擠一點蕃茄醬上去
7.烤箱事先預熱220/170/等到Pizza餅皮有變大時入烤箱烤約12分鐘
8. 出爐後馬上灑上粗粒黑胡椒或是洋香菜即可用Pizza刀切,也可以全部用中粉


餅皮用叉子戳,自抹上蕃茄醬

舖上乳酪絲

210~220/160~170 烤12~14分鐘
