柚香優格球

又是一個無腦亂來的食譜,用切了48小時的水切優格,加入韓國柚子醬,配上底層酥脆的餅乾,剛出爐時的內餡微爆好好吃,再進爐一次把表面烤上色,又是另一種口感(表面微酥,又有點像餅乾),這個小孩下課後一定會秒殺~

底部餅乾:
過篩低粉65g.室溫軟化奶油40g.糖15g,鹽1g
奶油+糖,鹽先攪勻略打至微白鬆發加入低粉切拌按壓成糰,分小圓球狀平鋪進迷你瑪芬盤中,160/160烤10分鐘

水切優格150g.融化成液狀的奶油15g.糖30.玉米粉10g.柚子醬1T

水切優格先打散成柔軟糊狀依序加入奶油,糖,柚子醬,玉米粉攪勻,裝入擠花袋或三明治袋裡,再擠入裝有剛烤好的餅乾瑪芬盤裡,180/170,烤15分鐘,出爐後,放微涼再敲打烤盤脫模

請依烤物厚度大小,自家烤箱溫度,自行調整溫差與時間~
