優格百香果蛋糕
用優格和乳清做蛋糕
感覺彈性特好!!
百香果水切優格吃光了要不然捲成蛋糕捲應該挺不錯的!!

食譜配方:
蛋白霜:蛋白10粒(中小型)、上白糖70g、檸檬汁5g
蛋黃糊:蛋黃10粒(中小型)、優格120、葡萄籽油35g、低筋麵粉150g.
