熬煮果醬的秘密武器.....果膠

我是喜歡待在廚房裡的主婦媽媽,常常閒閒沒事的時候就喜歡窩在自己的廚房裡玩,玩著玩著發現了這個秘密武器,對當時的我來說.....這是非常驚喜開心的事。

柑橘類的果膜和種子富含非常豐富的果膠喔!熬煮果醬時,當水果果膠含量低的時候,就可以拿出柑橘類果膠來做為補充!為了紀錄分享給大家,臨時把做蝴蝶結髮飾的粉紅紗網拿來做濾袋,也意外發現這工具的巧妙之處。

粉紅紗網,在布店有賣,車縫一個平均約3-5元。

柑橘類種子,大家可以買金桔,取汁沖泡飲料,種子和果膜留下來萃取果膠,加糖熬煮後收冷凍,熬煮果醬時可以隨時做為果膠的添加。
