補上做法 

咖哩優格醬


無糖原味優格90g
咖哩粉一大匙 

日式美乃滋醬 2.5匙
鹽巴少許
黑胡椒少許
百里香少許(因手邊沒有改用義大利綜合香料也很搭)


步驟:


分批慢慢加入少許咖哩粉與優格充分混合,在把剩下的材料加入攪拌均勻即可-->非常簡單--10分鐘就可以做好囉
因我是要給寶寶們吃得所以選用的咖哩是”寶寶專用咖哩塊”
若是用咖哩塊的姐妹可以先以刀子慢慢將咖哩塊刮成粉後再混入優格中

日式美乃滋醬材料:

蛋黃1-3顆
植物油約300cc
鹽:1/3匙
細白砂糖4大匙
白醋:2-3匙 (可用檸檬汁替代)


步驟:

  1. 雞蛋回復室溫, 取出蛋黃
  2. 蛋黃+細砂糖放入盆中用打蛋器打到泛白的程度
  3. 一開始先慢慢每次加入幾滴的沙拉油混合均勻到有成團狀的感覺 (攪拌的時候使用中高速,全程都不要停)
  4. 等到開始結成團,就可以一湯匙一湯匙以線狀的滴入方式加入混合到全部沙拉油用完
  5. 最後將檸檬汁及鹽加入混合均勻即可
  6. 做好的美乃滋放入冰箱冷藏,儘早食用完畢
