優格中種牛奶吐司
配方始源於吳寶春金牌吐司,經過無數次修改,再從直接法改成中種法、宵種法,版本是我常做的,配方如下:

中種
高粉700 優格160 水310 酵母 8
主麵團
高粉 300 牛奶70 水140 糖70 鹽10 奶油50

我愛吃吐司,所以配方我已經盡量能減的都減了
 DG烤溫 170/220度 35分(4條)
