水切優格最近大家討論,其實我的懶人作法也可以吃到水切優格的口感的巧杯。

原本是想作優格巧杯,但總覺得一層層放優格很麻煩&杯子不好用湯匙舀出&杯子清潔費時(夠懶了吧),因此身為職業婦女的我凡事求簡單有效率,所謂工欲善其事必先利其器,所以改成380ml玻璃樂扣製作優格巧杯。

第一層放薄薄優格,第二層放大量即溶燕麥片幾顆葡萄乾,最後在放上一層優格,蓋上蓋子放冷藏,有時經過2天以上(一星期也沒問題)食用時常常發現上面的優格乳清水分被燕麥葡萄乾吸收,上面優格變成乳酪口感,不加任何調味直接食用乳香十足,下面燕麥也充滿奶味。
