加入桑葚果醬跟優格,口感酸甜同時併存,果凍部分加入水梨桂花醬提味,放上自釀酒漬櫻桃,好吃! 食譜作法參考來自~carol自在生活鮮芒慕斯

消化餅10片 無鹽奶油 50g (60g比較剛好)

本體
奶油乳酪250g 細砂 30g(喜歡酸口感的可以不加) 優格100g
桑葚果醬300g 鮮奶油 120g 吉利丁6片

果凍
水梨桂花醬 50g 水100g 吉利丁1.5片(這版用吉利丁粉替代 8g)檸檬汁10cc 砂糖20g
