重乳酪蛋糕😋😋😋還是電子鍋版(已補上食譜)

使用酸奶油
無論是口感還是外觀都很札實
我家的公主們都很喜歡
也很適合生酮或低碳😘

配方:(6吋模)
奶油乳酪200g/酸奶油50g/砂糖40g
全蛋2顆/低粉1t

作法:(全程隔水加熱操作)
  1. 奶油乳酪+酸奶油以電動攪拌器打成霜狀無顆粒
  2. 分次加入砂糖及蛋,每次加入都以電動攪拌器拌勻,確認乳酪糊完全融合
  3. 最後加入低粉手動拌勻,再倒入6吋模中
  4. 乳酪糊連同模具一起放入電子鍋內鍋中,按下者煮飯鍵
  5. 待時間到後,取出放涼,再放入冰箱冷藏→蛋糕定型脫模
P.S.生酮者可將砂糖改成赤藻醣醇,低粉換成杏仁粉或不加
